In accordance with the provisions of MGL c.149 §44D½ / MGL c.149 §44D¾ the Framingham Housing Authority (FHA) is pre-qualifying DCAM Certified General Contractors / Subcontractors interested in bidding the Kitchen and Bath Renovations at the 200-1 & 200-2 family housing development in Framingham, Massachusetts. The project consists of the renovation of 110 brick and wood frame two-and-three bedroom townhouse apartments. All work will be carried out in completely unoccupied buildings; however, adjacent buildings to the construction will be occupied. The total estimated construction cost is $24,557,841.00.
